On downtown Broadway there's dozens and dozens of (Honky Tonk) bars, all with a live band playing, generally some form of Country music. Quite often the band is set up in the front windows with its back to the street, so its quite good to stroll up the strip, pausing at each window to see a different band play.

Back at the hotel, its in the time frame (5.30 to 7.30) for the complimentary beer/wine/coctails and nibbles (like yesterday), so we make good use of that offer, and the second tour group have just arrived so we have a chat with a few of those on that, and compare notes.
note: There is a second group, doing the same organised tour as us, organised by the same company and staying at the same hotels, but they're following 1 day behind us. We met them at the start - we were leaving Marietta as they were arriving - and we should see them again each time theres a 2 night stop (so after Nashville it'll be Memphis and then New Orleans)
